Laurel H. Siegel has dedicated her career to the practice of commercial and residential real estate law since 1995. In 2008, she formed the Law Offices of Laurel H. Siegel, LLC. Previously, she was a principal of Siegel, Wagner & Swartz, LLC, serving as managing member of the real estate department of that Boston law firm. Prior to that, Laurel worked in the real estate law group of Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLC. Laurel's experience includes a broad variety of real estate matters ranging from the acquisition, financing and development of significant commercial and residential real estate projects for leading area development companies to the representation of individual homeowners and homebuyers. She also has extensive experience representing commercial and residential real estate lenders.

Laurel is an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association, serving on its Legislative Committee, and has also served as Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Property Law Section Council and as Co-Chair of the MBA's Joint Foreclosure Legislative Task Force. She is also a Lifetime Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Laurel is actively involved in her local community, serving as President of CACHE in Medford (the Coalition for Arts, Culture and a Healthy Economy), and on the Boards of Directors of the Medford Community Coalition and ArtsAlive Medford Foundation.

Laurel grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Boston University (BA) and Indiana University, Bloomington School of Law (JD). Prior to attending law school, she worked as an environmental planner, analyzing community development and preparing environmental impact documentation for transportation development projects throughout the metropolitan Boston area.
